Perspectives on creative arts in higher education
RMIT PhD student Mohsen Meysami has won the tertiary Footscray Art Prize for his work ‘Their Pain, Our Gain’ an embroidered work informed by traditional Persian art and the current Middle East conflict. The Footscray Art Prize is a collaboration between Victoria University, Maribyrnong City Council, Footscray Community Arts Centre and the Rotary Club of Footscray and was featured in a previous edition of NiTRO.
