Calling DDCA’s Tertiary Arts leaders: 2019 DDCA Leadership Forum and Roundtable

The Australian Council of Deans and Directors of Creative Arts (DDCA) is holding a leadership forum and round table in October for its members. Heads of School, Deans, Directors of creative arts schools, or their nominees, are invited to join colleagues in round table discussion on two of the key issues facing tertiary arts:

  • Teaching and its relationship to the changing face of employment and employability of our future graduates

  • Research measurement and assessment, particularly in relation to the ERA and ARC funding.

Discussions will include presentations by Professor Ross Woodrow (Griffith) Professor Dawn Bennett (Curtin) and Professor Russell Tytler (Deakin) and Professor Paul Gough (RMIT).  Other speakers will be announced in coming weeks.

The event is sponsored by UniSuper.

Further details on the event and registration advice is available at: https://www.ddca.edu.au/2019-event
