Artistic Research Summit 2025: Forging Creative Futures, Sydney Conservatorium of Music in partnership with Queensland Conservatorium

Friday 5 – Sunday 7 September

The Artistic Research Summit (ARS) 2025 aims to celebrate achievements over the past twenty years, assess the position, impact and engagement potential of artistic research in 2025, and consolidate the further development of this knowledge by effectively communicating a vision for artistic research in Australian higher education through a manifesto. During the ARS, we will be focusing on the discipline of music but contextualising it within the creative arts more broadly.

Venue:
Music Workshop.

Friday 5th September – 5pm start. The final day will culminate in a final Manifesto Workshop, led by Huib Schippers.

Standard Registration: $95.00 AUD
Your Registration includes:

  • Attendance and catering across the three days. This includes workshops, round tables, and performances
  • Attendance to the Keynote event (Alfred Hook Lecture, by Huib Schippers) on the evening of Friday 5th September, followed by a social event
