$100,000 to Regional Arts Amplify project

The Federal Minister for the Arts has announced funding provision of $100,000 over 4 years to support business and partnership development for regional artists, art workers and organisations.  The Regional Arts Australia’s Amplify project aims to provide a platform for discussion, research and development of Australia’s regional arts provision, with a particular focus on arts and health and performing arts touring.

Amplify will also host art sector forums to identify gaps and explore closer collaboration with other sectors such as health.
