The Australian Bureau of Statistics has released its report for 2015-16 on spending on cultural funding across all levels of government in Australia.
The report, which measures 24 categories across arts and heritage, states that $5,841.2 million for cultural activities was spent in 2015-16 with 39% being contributed by the Australian Government, 34% by state and territory governments and 27% by local governments.
