The World Health Organisation has partnered with the Nordic Culture Fund to explore strategies for effectively implementing art in health care. The project which brings together bring together academics, artists, cultural institutions, health-care practitioners and policy-makers aims to identify effective strategies for introducing arts based interventions in healthcare settings. The ultimate aim is to provide guidance on integrating arts and health across the broader European WHO region. The project includes researchers from University College London (United Kingdom), University of the Arts Helsinki (Finland), BOZAR (the Centre for Fine Arts, Brussels, Belgium), the Central Denmark Region and the Cluj Cultural Centre (Romania).
