Platform Paper: After the Creative Industries: Why We Need a Cultural Economy’

The latest Currency House platform paper byJustin O’Connor was launched by Victorian Creative Industries Minister Martin Foley as part of a day long forum to discuss “Creative State’, the Victorian Government’s creative Industries strategy.   O’Connor argues that the 1990s creative industries strategy has failed to deliver the benefits that it promised and that it is now time for a new agenda for the cultural economy.  The platform paper is available through Currency House.
