DDCA President Clive Barstow to participate in AAH 51st academy symposium

DDCA President Clive Barstow is one of a number of invited participants for the Australian Academy of Humanities Symposium which will take place online from 16-20 November 2020. This year’s symposium – At the Crossroad? Australia’s Cultural Future – will “explore Australia’s cultural terrain in light of recent events and longer-standing disruptions to consider what transformations are needed to secure our cultural and creative future.” On 19 November, Professor Barstow will join fellow panel members Professor Brydie-Leigh Bartleet (Queensland Conservatorium), Chris Puplick AM (Australian Theatre for Young People) and panel chair Emeritus Professor Malcolm Gillies AM to discuss the topic of ‘connecting policy and artists’.
